Rocky has over eight years of hands-on experience in process improvement, project management, and quality and operations management. Rocky is experienced with implementing process improvement initiatives at all organizational levels as well as on a global scale having coordinated successful projects in Europe and Asia.
Before BlueLine Associates, Rocky worked with companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance, Wachovia Bank, Fidelity Investments and IBM. Most recently, Rocky was responsible for projects at Liberty International Underwriting where his expertise spanned multiple countries and lines of business to achieve a leaner and more effective global underwriting process.
Rocky is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Fidelity Investments. In addition, Rocky is well-versed and certified in a broad array of powerful process improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, GE Work-Out, DMAIC and SAS 70 audits.
Rocky has a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.

David has been helping organizations achieve service process excellence for over 20 years. He has worked with companies of all sizes and industries. His career has taken him to the UK, Ireland, Canada, and India where he’s been responsible for process improvement initiatives on a global scale.
Prior to starting BlueLine Associates, David worked with such companies as Aon Consulting, VCampus eLearning, the New Hampshire SPCA, Enterasys Networks, and the Government of Nova Scotia, Canada.
David is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), and is ITIL certified through Pink Elephant. David has also spoken at assorted industry conferences hosted by ASQ, Pink Elephant, the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
David has an M.S. in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, where he also teaches.
