Rocky has over ten years of hands-on experience in process improvement, project management, and quality and operations management.  Rocky is experienced with implementing process improvement initiatives at all organizational levels as well as on a global scale having coordinated successful projects in Europe and Asia.

Before BlueLine Associates, Rocky worked with companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance, Wachovia Bank, Fidelity Investments and IBM. Most recently, Rocky was responsible for projects at Liberty International Underwriting where his expertise spanned multiple countries and lines of business to achieve a leaner and more effective global underwriting process.

Rocky is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Fidelity Investments. In addition, Rocky is well-versed and certified in a broad array of powerful process improvement methodologies, including Kaizen, GE Work-Out, DMAIC and SAS 70 audits.

Rocky has a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Wayde has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development and leadership experience in highly complex technical and service solutions companies. Wayde has been known for innovation, creating consistent and sizeable revenue growth and a disciplined approach to sales and leadership.

Prior to BlueLine Associates, Wayde has worked with both emerging hi-tech companies as well as S&P 500 to include Cisco Systems, Tellabs and Tektronix. Throughout Wayde’s career he has held executive level sales leadership positions.

Wayde received his BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine and currently resides in Hopkinton, MA.
